Shipping & delivery
Delivery is free to serviceable Indian pincodes. We aim for delivery in about 3–4 business days after dispatch. Some nearby orders may arrive within 24 hours when the courier route allows, but this is not a guaranteed service.
Dispatch and delivery estimates depend on the destination and courier. Weather, road restrictions, holidays, high demand or carrier disruptions may occasionally affect timing. If that happens, we will share available tracking and help follow up with the courier. We will confirm the estimate before checkout opens.
14-day returns
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery. For a change of mind, the item should be unused, complete and returned with its original packaging, included parts and accessories. Please keep proof of purchase. We may ask for photos so we can arrange the right collection or resolution.
If the product arrives damaged, defective or different from the selected size or colour, contact us within the same 14-day window. We will assess the issue fairly and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable; ordinary packaging checks will not prevent a valid defective or incorrect-item claim.
Once a return is approved, we will explain the pickup or shipping steps and any applicable return-shipping charge for a change-of-mind request before you send the item. Refunds for accepted returns go to the original payment method after the item is received and checked; bank or gateway processing may take additional time. This policy does not limit rights available under applicable law. The support contact and complete return instructions will be displayed before checkout opens.
Payments
Orders will be prepaid through a secure UPI payment gateway. Cash on Delivery is not planned. Checkout is not connected yet, and this page does not collect payment. Dragon House will never ask for a UPI PIN by phone, chat or email.
Privacy
We will use the contact, address and order details needed to process delivery, support and refunds. Payment credentials will be handled by the gateway, not stored on this site. A complete privacy notice and support contact will be published before checkout opens.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests can be made before dispatch through the published support channel. If the parcel has already shipped, the 14-day return process applies after delivery. We will publish the exact request method before accepting orders.
Store terms
Prices are in Indian rupees and include the stated free delivery offer. Small is ₹1,299 and Large is ₹1,899. A two-dragon pack saves ₹298 against the selected individual prices. The size and colour shown in the cart determine the order; please review them before payment.
Images show the design and colour options. Final dimensions, power method and box contents will be verified on the product page before live checkout. Stock labels are display counts and will be replaced by live availability or updated manually before orders open.
Delivery times are estimates, and a 24-hour arrival is not promised. We will help resolve delivery, damage and return requests under the policies above and applicable consumer rights.
