Is delivery free?
Yes. The displayed launch prices include delivery to serviceable Indian pincodes.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
No. Dragon House will initially accept secure prepaid payments only.
Which payment methods will be accepted?
UPI is planned for launch. Checkout is not enabled yet.
When will my order arrive?
We aim for 3–4 business days after dispatch. Some nearby orders may arrive within 24 hours, but that is not guaranteed. Weather, road conditions and courier operations may change the estimate; we’ll provide tracking and help if an order is delayed.
Can I return it?
Yes. You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. The item should be unused, complete and in its original packaging for a change-of-mind return. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are handled separately. See the return policy.
What comes in the box?
The final variant, dimensions, power method and box contents will be confirmed before checkout is enabled.
